Cage Riot Playlist Campaigns

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cage Riot Playlist Campaign platform ("Platform") operated by Wild Commitments Corp DBA Cage Riot Music Group ("Cage Riot," "we," "us"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Platform Usage

The Platform is designed for artists, rights holders, and authorized representatives to submit music for playlist campaign consideration. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to submit any content you provide.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, submit fraudulent or infringing content, or attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Cage Riot is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.

Payments & Checkout

Campaign submissions require payment via Stripe at the time of submission. All prices are listed in USD. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cage Riot does not store your payment card details. Campaign purchases are generally non-refundable once processing begins. If Cage Riot declines a campaign prior to processing, an appropriate refund may be issued at Cage Riot's discretion to the original payment method. For billing questions, contact marketing@cageriot.com.

Campaign Processing

Upon successful payment, your campaign submission will be reviewed by the Cage Riot team. Campaign submissions are reviewed and processed according to operational workflows, campaign requirements, and availability.

Cage Riot reserves the right to decline or cancel a campaign at its discretion. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

No Guarantee of Playlist Placements

Cage Riot does not guarantee that your track will be placed on any specific playlist, or any playlist at all. Our service consists of pitching your music to curators and facilitating campaign management — outcomes depend on curator decisions outside our control.

Results vary based on track quality, genre fit, timing, and curator availability. Past performance of other campaigns does not imply or guarantee similar results for your submission.

Reporting & Visibility

Campaign reporting becomes available as campaign activity and placement information become available through supported reporting sources. Reports display playlist placement data, Spotify metrics, and other analytics sourced from third-party providers.

Report data is provided for informational purposes only. Metrics displayed reflect data from external providers and may not be real-time. Cage Riot is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data.

Reports are accessible only to authorized account users unless reporting access is intentionally shared.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your music and submitted content. By submitting, you grant Cage Riot a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use submitted materials solely for campaign evaluation, pitching, reporting, and campaign fulfillment.

Service Availability

Cage Riot may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Platform from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of campaign reporting, integrations, or platform access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cage Riot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or campaign outcomes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
