We collect information you provide directly through the platform, including your name, email address, artist name, release information, Spotify links, campaign details, and any notes submitted as part of your campaign.

We may also collect operational information related to account activity, campaign submissions, payment status, and platform interactions to provide and improve our services.

You may choose to sign in using Google. If you authenticate through Google, we receive basic account information such as your name and email address to create and manage your account.

We do not receive, access, or store your Google password. Authentication is processed through Google and subject to Google's privacy practices.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Payment card information is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout environment and is not stored by Cage Riot.

We may retain transaction-related information, including payment status, checkout session identifiers, purchase history, and billing records necessary to operate the service.

When you submit a campaign, we store the information necessary to process and manage your campaign, including artist information, release details, track links, campaign selections, and submission notes.

Campaign reporting may include placement information, campaign activity, and performance metrics made available through supported reporting and music platform integrations.

Campaign data and reporting are accessible only to the account holder and authorized Cage Riot personnel unless explicitly shared by the user.

We work with trusted service providers to operate portions of the platform, including:

• Google: authentication and sign-in
• Stripe: payment processing
• Music and reporting partners: campaign measurement and reporting services

These providers maintain their own privacy practices.

We retain account and campaign information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and support reporting.

Requests for deletion may be submitted to us and will be reviewed in accordance with applicable requirements.
